Our presses were
originally designed to meet the needs of the vinyl extrusion
industry. A very short cycle time was needed to accommodate the
high speed of the material. Our presses are now being used by a
number of customers in the roll forming industry. 9, 12,18, and
30 ton models are presently available. Our design staff is eager
to evaluate your needs. The press is a crankshaft design driven
by energy stored in a flywheel. The crankshaft being under the
press table allows for a larger work area. Pneumatic die
acceleration is available to meet flying shear applications. |
